About Ivonne

I aim to guide individuals, leaders and groups toward hollistic flourishing through the Relational Spirituality Framework. Blending neuroscientific insight, attachment theory's pathways to secure bonding, and spiritual practices for depth and meaning, my desire is to help individuals and organizations construct an architecture of real, authentic connection.

With a BA in Architecture from Universidad Anahuac del Norte in Mexico City, an MS in Organizational Leadership and Learning from Pepperdine University GSEP, and a Relational Spirituality Coaching Certification, I create transformative physical and online spaces that inspire growth. Whether in one-on-one mentoring, dynamic group consulting, or thoughtfully designed retreats, and digital environments, my approach fosters safety, creativity, and embodied wisdom so people can live and lead with greater presence, resilience, and joy.

My journey has been non-linear and very rich. From building houses and designing interiors and furniture in Mexico City, to teaching and developing Art curriculum for K-8th grade students, to community outreach and volunteering. My life has been marked by a desire to serve with love and compassion in a learning continuum. I currently reside in Southern California where my husband  Robert and I raised our four (now adult) daughters.

"The integration of neuroscience and spirituality completely shifted my understanding of human connection. I feel more grounded than ever before."
